It was the first client that did so successfully. Just a brief comment: Outlook Express was designed to compete with Eudora. You can look all Microsoft site and you'll find only IStoreNamespace, IStoreFolder and a few small interfaces as I pointed but there is no page that says: 'Outlook Express doesn't support plugins'.
